Originally from Romania, I have been living in New Zealand since 2007 together with my husband and our two sons (who were born here). Prior to relocating, I gained valuable experience working in the USA for several years, as well as on cruise ships within the Sales and Marketing sector. In 2005, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting, launching my career as a freelance translator and interpreter for various agencies.

Driven by my passion for foreign languages and connecting with people, I pursued further qualifications including an ESOL Diploma, Certificates in Web Design and E-Writing, and a Diploma in Proofreading and Editing. This diverse skill set enabled me to integrate multiple language services into a single comprehensive offering, which led to the creation of Language Communication Services.

Since 2010 I have been a full member of the New Zealand Society of Translators and Interpreters (NZSTI) and have been recognized as a NAATTI Interpreter (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters)
